Cartoon look action
This Photoshop Action helps to achieve a cartoon-like effect. To be more precise, it makes a picture look like it was drawn with water-colors and outlined with ink.

To use the scripts You need to extract them from archive and then put them in 'Your Photoshop directory / Presets / Scripts' folder . They will be available for use under 'Filters' menu.
Actions just need to be unzipped and then drag-n-dropped to 'Actions'-Palette. Then just select an action and run it!
